Many thanks to Maura and all in the Heritage Park, who made us feel so welcome. We had a wonderful day.After a slow start this morning, the weather picked up nicely to provide us with ideal conditions.The Park provided some wonderful painting opportunities. great views, old farmsteads, lake, woodlands etc...the food from the park restaurant was really good…

 

Thanks to Kevin Lewis for pointing us towards Kells today, and directing us to some great venues. Kells was a gem, which I'm ashamed to say, I  had never been to. The Priory was a huge mass of ancient ruins, in a wonderful setting. We had the choice to paint…
