A woman I know is married to an equine vet, and she really gets the treatment when painting horses. Is there an organization in Ireland for equine painters? There is a national one in the states, and a couple different states have their own, and I know there is one in the UK. We started one here in Virginia (USA) and we have workshops, and things, lots of fun.

Comment by Margaret Kent on May 15, 2010 at 18:36: Yes, we have horses too and showed them for years when my daughter was young.When I paint them they get well "vetted" by my family!sometimes I think it would be easier to pass the vet for the RDS horse show!
