Event Description

This saturdays paintout is on the beautiful grounds of Phoenix Park.This park offers the discerning artist walled gardens, ashtown castle ...... a medieval 17th century tower house, trees of every description, walks, forests, flora and fauna, indoor museum in case its raining , etc etc...

Meeting up at the usual time of 11am in the ashtown visitors centre cafe....and there after at 3pm for lunch and craic.

All very welcome.

Comment by Caroline Carroll on December 15, 2014 at 10:14: Sorry Ciaran. I turned up after all. There was a road race on, some roads were blocked, and I got through to the parking area. After 20 minutes of continually going around I couldn't get any parking, and couldn't even leave the car to let you know I was outside. I hope day went well. There was a road race on, and they had all parked their cars at the coffee shop. It seemed to be extremely busy there. See you next week. Caroline

Comment by Caroline Carroll on December 12, 2014 at 16:40: I wasn't too sure if I could make tomorrows paint-out, with husband, children etc. but it seems I picked up a bad cold in Loughshinny last week, and have been feeling miserable all week. I wont be attending tomorrow, but hope everyone has a great day out.
