Event Description

A week-long festival of 'direct' painting, including plein air but also still-life and portraiture in the Dutch seaside town of Noordwijk.

This festival is in its 14th year and juries in 90 artists including (mainly) Dutch full-time artists but also a number of young artists as well as a certain number from overseas. Work is sold throughout the week with the option to auction off (conducted by Sotheby's of Amsterdam) any unsold works on the final day.
