Event Description

This Saturdays paintout is near Creeslough .We are planning on painting in and around Doe Castle, when dates back to the 15 century and was a stronghold of the Clan Mac Sweeney.The clan came from Scotland as Gallowglasses ( professional fighters we are told ) its said to be one of the better fortalices in the North west of Ireland.

We have plenty to paint here, eg...the Castle its self, sheepheaven bay, cottages, fields, livestock, trees of every variety...etc etc...

Meet there at 12 noon in the carpark, we suggest you bring along a lunch and chair.

We expect social distancing to be adhered to keep everybody safe.
