Event Description

This coming Saturday we are heading to Inis Boffin, for the Inis Boffin Festival, which is usually great craic and runs over 2 days.6th and 7th July.The blessing of the curraghs will take place on Sunday at 2pm , so between traditional music, a 5k walk or run, football tournament s, curragh racing, etc etc...there is something for everyone to enjoy.

We are meeting on the pier at Magheroarty at 11 15 am sharp .Bring appropriate clothes /footwear and a packed lunch.Boats are travelling in and out of the island every half hour.There are tents to be hired on the island if you choose to stay over night, or better again bring your own if you want to stay over.,
