The paintout on Saturday, 8 February 2025 is Glassagh’s lower bay beach not far from Teach Jack’s. The cove offers a sandy beach, dunes, a board walk, rocks and islands - and not to be missed, the one and only Atlantic. We will be meeting at Fairyglen Café (F92 T67E) – the café is in Derrybeg, pass Siopa Mhici on the left hand side and keep going up the hill and around the bend and you will see turquoise signs on the right.
It is still winter though spring is just around the corner, it might be hiding a wee bit so be well prepared for the cold with scarves, hats, gloves, wooly socks, layers, hot water bottles… And bring along a light lunch, hot or cold drink, chair and of course your art materials or whatever you want to spend your time with. All are welcome to come along in body - and mind.
