Gaeltacht thair tir Chona - DOOCHARY

The paintout on Saturday, 11 May 2024 is up along the Gweebarra river from Doochary.  

We will be meeting at 10am in The Waterfront hotel (F94 W974) on Mill Road in Dungloe and make our way from there. Much beauty to choose from: derelict houses, abandoned caravans, mature trees, wild roaming sheep, river beds with overgrowing trees, rocks … 

It is May but there is rumour of a turn in the weather and more cold so who knows what we have to be prepared for - you never go wrong with layers to add on or take off as needed ;-) Rain gear is a given along with a light lunch, hot or cold drink, chair and of course your art materials or whatever you want to spend your time with. All are welcome to come along in body - and mind.
