Gaeltacht thair tir Chona - An Chuirt

The first paintout in the new year is on Saturday, 4 January 2025, at parking inlet opposite to An Chuirt hotel, also known as Gweedore on Google maps, on the N56. You have the Clady river and hills across the way, the hotel itself, and Errigal in the distance towards the North. We will be meeting in the hotel and make our way across from there.

We are in winter and expect low temperatures, possibly wet and windy too. Wrap yourself up nicely, bring what you need to stay warm and comfy for the duration of the paintout or as long as you are staying. Rain gear is probably a good idea and let’s not forget a snack or light lunch, hot drink, chair and - your art materials or whatever you want to spend your time with. And it is always good to have a sketch pad with you, in case the weather is too wild and we are opting for a bit of sketching in the hotel. All are welcome to come along in body - and mind.
