Event Description

This week we return to Castletown House in Cellbridge

Coming from Dublin on the M4, take Exit 6 (Celbridge West/Leixlip West Exit – R449, signposted for Castletown and Hewlett Packard).  Access by car is through the gates off Barnhall Road only – the gates at Main Street Celbridge are for pedestrian/bicycle access only.

The light there at 10am was beautiful around the buildings with better shadows. We stayed on till 6pm, I have yet to decide if I will do just a tiny bit more to both of mine. You did a wonderful oil painting, its so good to be outdoors.. We were thinking it might be good to get out some afternoon around 3pm and so miss the rush hour traffic going home - midweek especially - for those using the dreaded M50. Take care, Norah
