Event Description

All welcome to join Boyne Valley Paintout at Farmleigh78 acre estate in the Phoenix Park this Saturday. 5^th November.

The estate has cattle and donkeys, formal gardens – Dutch and Walled, wooded walks and the lake at Boathouse Café.

We meet as usual at 11 a.m. in the Boathouse Cafe which is about 5 minutes walk from car park so you may prefer to bring your equipment rather than have to go back for it. Then painting and return to Cafe for more coffee or whatever and chat.

Look forward to seeing you there.

Famleigh is on the north side of the Park near the Castleknock Gatre. So if you enter the Park from Parkgate Street just zoom up the main road, past the Phoenix Monument until you see sign for Farmleigh on the left.

Comment by Norah Blount on November 2, 2016 at 18:31: Colin Stafford Johnson (living the wildlife, rte) had some great scenes of the phoenix park focusing on the deer a few weeks ago, so that is where I will be on sat as it looked stunning.
