Hi Karen,it is not just you,I only went to the field across the road today.....tomorrow no painting for me so I am hoping to get back to it with all my enthusiasm on Friday! Has anyone any plans to meet up over the next few days?

Anyone heard from Paddy? He was last seen cycling a "HIGH NELLY" down the Waterford road with canvases strapped to his back and paint in his hair!!
He tends to hold up the traffic as his knees move 90 degrees from the bike!

Is it just me or did anyone else find it hard today?? I made three quick breaks to paint , and eventually got one down late afternoon...just in time for me to be too late for life drawing in Tramore!! I'll post it up tomorrow when the battery is charged on my camera....and maybe my battery also!!!!!

I apologize right up front....I cheated!! I started this pastel indoors, yes, I admit it, I didn't go out in the rain, or even sketch the outdoors from indoors. I will not pass GO, and go straight to Plein Air Jail. But I did have fun with it! From a photo I took of a friend's dog in the river.

Ha! I don't think I'll be doing 3 a day! It is raining here today, and I have a student coming soon. Is it still plein air if it's done out a window?? :)

Tough bunch. It's raining here so accepting this challenge is daunting but really a great idea.

Non-contact sport indeed.
I think you are onto something there :)

Great work Elaine. So, are you going to do three a day?
