The" Wonder's  Return"...... The start of Spring heralded the return of our friends Jane and Louise, who were only recently back from their trip to the Second Annual  Plein Air Convention & Expo in Monterey - Carmel , California. It may have felt like the start of Spring, but our two brave souls, certainly didn't have a "Spring" in their step, as they were still…
