Hi Phaedon,
You can run a search over our members to find people who have listed where they live. I'm not sure we have enough members in Essex yet. There has been recent discussion about getting a group underway in the Bath area and I hope that begins to happen with other members in the UK. To be honest, I think we still need a few more UK members to get the ball rolling.
However, even one person can make a big difference if you get along well together. You are welcome to post your own paint-out under 'Events' and see if anyone RSVPs. If you have two or three in your area you can start your own 'Essex Plein Air Painters', or whatever you choose to call yourselves under our 'Groups' tab.
