Hi Carmel,
Thanks for joining Plein Eire and 'welcome'. You'll see on our Notes for New Members page (http://pleineire.ning.com/page/welcome-page) that we try to get everyone to include a passport-type photo, or at least something recognisable like an 'artist at work' shot. This is to put members at ease about meeting up with strangers to paint, something which I hope all members will get to do via this site, at some stage. - At least if Bridget from Balylkilferret turns out to be a burly bloke, tattooed like a merchant seaman, you'll know to keep your brush fully-loaded.

From the web I know of Paul Parker on the Isle of Man. Are there many plein air artists working there? You can post any artwork you've done outside and join in (or begin) any relevant discussion. Other artistic adventures, not necessarily plein air, may be posted as a blog posting. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Enjoy the site.
