Lovely painting, lovely subject, Deirdre.  I enjoyed  the fact that it   took me a while to discover all the figures.

Very true to the original, Deirdre.  that shop used o be the local butcher.  It was real olde worlde with a lovely clean whitewashed view into the back yard and big bull's head mounted on the wall.
