Thanks Maree. I painted this on a beautiful sunny day last summer sitting on the rocks just south of Fanore, Co Clare. These flowers are so beautiful in reality. I like them so much that I use this painting as a screen saver on my phone : ) Patricia

Hi Patricia, love the colours, it's one of nicest paintings in the vast selection the strong colours really stand out and it's modern. I paint on silk and I like to paint poppies/sunflowers and fish cause of the strong colours, it's so cheerful and uplifting.
