The weather was a bit doubtful, in spite of a good Met Eireann report. Phil Hofler came with me. It is a secluded gem - nobody bothers you, The allotment gardeners are doing their stuff, and occasionally come over to talk. I bought tomatoes there yesterday - full of flavour. And I was given a red onion fresh from the ground, and allowed to pick the lavender they border the paths with.
Festins Lente is a non profit making operation, providing riding experiences for people with special needs. They asked if I would allow one of nt images to be used on their Christmas card. I said that they could.
