Thanks Sally. I always think it's a good idea where possible in a landscape to suggest something interesting in the distance - it kind of sucks the viewer in I feel.

Michael , I know you're well known for your depiction of water but I love the way your backgrounds fade away into something mystical. The spot of colour at the top of that hill looks intriguing.
