I've painted this scene several times, but it always manages to look a little different down there. This time, there was a lovely warm green glow in the shallow water. But, as ever, it was the reflected light in the foreground cliff face that really caught my eye.

It's oil on 11" x 14" MDF Board

Thanks Ed. Yes, a lot of colour variation within the main masses without to much change in value. Helps to create a sense of depth/space.
