This is a lovely painting Sean.  We used to think of the bog as waste land but you show the richness of beautiful flora that it produces.  You play the warm and cool colours against each other with good effect.

Sean that is just beautiful and you caught my favourite place so well - i am jealous, it is really fabulous (wish I was poetic) .  did you find the stacks of turf further down one of the roads, I hope to go down there later this evening as you could see the purple glow in the turf and maybe find a few lavender shades
