I must post a picture of the painting as it is now. It was over five minutes in salt water and the colours didn't seem to shift at all! Svetlana uses white Knight Russian paints (I think). I took the painting home as Svetlana couldn't carry a sopping wet painting on the back of her bike. I'll give it back to her when she returns from Russia.
