DESCRIPTION:  Painting is the focus of the trip, but there will be time to sightsee and visit museums as well.  You  may choose to work alongside Jeanean Songco Martin, plein air painter and Chris Willey, plein air pastelist and  benefit by the instructor's guidance.  More advanced painters  will work completely independently with the advantage of “worry-free painting” with every component of the trip planned for you. 

PARIS:  We will stay in a quaint little hotel within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower with lovely shops and cafes nearby.  We will visit the Louvre and the Orsay Museum. Paint in the Paris Gardens and City of lights!VERNON: Giverny/Vernon.  Vernon is our home base .  Vernon is within an easy walking distance to Giverny and also there is a bus that travels back and forth.  Giverny is the home to Monet's Gardens and also the museum of American Impressionism.  It is a quaint, paintable village.  Follow in the footsteps of the American mpressionists who followed Monet to Giverny and brought impressionism to America.

PROVENCE:  We are very  excited about this place.  We will stay at “Les  Geraniums” http://www.hotel-lesgeraniums.com/en.php   a beautiful hotel in a charming stone building in the medieval village of Le Barroux  in the heart of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region.   It is a painter’s paradise surrounded by vineyards, cherry and apricot orchards and olive groves.
