Lori Putnam Demonstration no. 2

Demonstration by the popular and talented Tennessee artist.

 Lori Putnam, from Tennessee, USA, is returning for her 3rd AITO festival. Lori is a member of, and has exhibited with many respected organizations, including the Salmagundi Club in New York City, the Oil Painters of America, the California Art Club, Plein Air Artists of Colorado, and is past Vice President of the American Impressionists Society. Additionally, Lori participates annually in several juried and invitational plein air events, and recently won awards in Colorado, California, Wyoming, Florida, Georgia, and Ireland. "I strive to record my first impression, to capture a brief moment or everyday life. What strikes me is not a [particular subject], 'noun,' but instead an 'adjective or even an adverb:' the mood of a smile, the sense of place, or the movement of time."
Rest your brushes to learn on this workshop as Lori demonstrates a complete plein air from sketch to signature, discussing all the problems encountered along the way at each stage to the finished painting.
