This saturdays paintout is in and around the breathtaking views of min an cladaigh/and currans port gweedore.If its rocks, cliffs, currachs, pier, white cottages, turf stacks, wild atlantic sea, bridges, sheep, bogs, views of tory and inis boffin, you want...this place has it all in abundance.Meeting up in dees house at 11 am for coffee and scones and from there at noon on to the painting site.(5 min away ) Lunch /snacks at 3 pm in Colls bar.Maghaority.
To get here from Derrybeg take a left after Happydays filling station, head towards bloody foreland along the coast road , keeping the sea on your left .You will pass a new primary school on your right .....take a left hand turn on the bad bend heading towards the sea.L5013.follow this road until you come to a lane way on the right hand side.Take this lane to the very end...and you there.
From Gortahork, at the V junction, take the right hand turn towards Bloodyforeland/Maghaority.Follow the coast road, past Maghaority pier, colls pub, Dixons pub, straight through the cross road, until you pass the old Yellow primary school on your left hand side, follow on to the next bad bend, L5013 ...take this road towards the sea....follow along until you come accross a lane way on the right hand side....follow to the end and you are there.
