Event Description

Artists have been invited to “paint the town” during the historic Selma, AL Pilgrimage. Artists will be in the courtyards and gardens of all of the homes and several other venues. The finished art will be sold at a Wet Paint Sale at the Selma Art Guild Gallery. The historical homes, churches and Kenan grist mill are schedule for tour this year.

We have sunny skies in the south today. A beautiful southern day today and spring is definitely on it's way. Birds chirping and people out in their yards.

This is a great group of artists in Alabama with almost monthly events I had to bail out on Selma as have a little minor surgery this week. This is a great group of Alabama painters. I plan to pant with some of them in another plein air event is coming up in April- hosted by the Gadsden Museum of Art... It's the Southeastern Plein Air Invitational.
