Thanks Meg, I use Old Holland Red Oxide now for some of the rough-ins. I try to keep them thin and this case I left a lot showing through.

The 5 painting posted are all wonderful Ed...is it the under painting I wonder that gives this one the eerie light...it seems as though breath is being held awaiting something....?? Superb...
