This hardly counts as Plein air as I had to remove the barge which was an eyesore and reinvent the flora along the water’s edge

Great location, i think there are good public transport links as well as car park

That’d be the ideal. But not all of us are in a position to go. We are discussing the possibilities of the War Memorial for Sat and I’m told there is what seems to be a

nice caff across the road “Storyboard”.  Maybe Noel could advise.

I've seen a few on Instagram but not everyone likes using that or Facebook. Maybe next year we will make it to the exhibition

Thanks Norah. Yes, it’s always difficult to get to see the productions from Wexford. I would have thought that pleineire.com would have been the place to show them.

Hsvung another look at this Sally, such a strong painting. Wexford was lovely but  I could only stay a few days, it would have been lovely  to have you all there. I hope we see some of the paintings posted here

Stunning result with pastel. Love it.

That turned out beautifully Sally, you have a great composition - the canal and distant field sets up the darks for the flowers wonderfully - another successful pastel painting

That's wonderful Sally, the barge seems to have disappeared, and the softening of background has worked really well, its a beauty, well done!!
