Thanks for organizing the outing.  Unfortunately I cannot attend as I'll be in Mayo.  Looking forward to catching up soon.

Yes Sally, no point travelling on wet days, monday sounds good to me

Looks like Sat will be wet. What about meeting at coffee hut on beach at Clogherhead 11am. MONDAY? Clogherhead is NORTH of Drogheda.
Beach, rocks, cliffs and a pier for piery people.
Coffee etc available but bring flask etc. - just in case.

I am excited to join  Plein Eire Boyne Valley group, thank you. My goal this year is to paint Plein air and loosen up my painting to achieve a more painterly effect. I am looking forward to getting out there when things get a little easier. In the meantime I will explore the equipment other than the paints etc..

Welcome to Boyne Valley Norma.   I hope you won’t always be in Cork and will be able to join us on our paintouts sometimes.  Kyrle says you may be interested in the Carna trip next week.  I think it’s unlikely that there is a room available. But things change so suddenly with this new normal that you might be lucky. I suggest you phone the hotel - 095 32255.  Let me know how you get on. You can text me at 086 8059177. Best of luck.

Thank you Sean for a wonderful paint out location today in Skerries, I had never painted there before and was delighted to find so many possiblities, and of course the tea and chat were great too. The ice cream was delicious too !
