Hi there, Not sure who I am communicating with (do you have a name?) but I will edit my paintings to exclude the frames - no problem. FYI I paint en plein aire and this is the way I see the landscape in front of me.. rgds, Paul
Hi there thanks for letting me join up to Plein Eire. Can I join paint outs in other areas if there's not much going on in the south west group? I'm in north Cork quite a distance from west Cork and Kerry, but will make it down there as well, hopefully.
Thanks Tony. I consider it a HUGE honour to have been invited, and I have some enormous boots to try and fill. The other artists ard all amazing. I know four of them from AITO.
Thank you very much for your congratulations Tony, I think it is a great honor and I'm very happy with it ... It was a great festival and we've missed you! I hope to see you again soon, then we can celebrate it with a beer :-)
June 26, 2016 from 12pm to 5pm – BallymoreComing from South. There is a sign on the left just as you approach Camolin. Turn Right here and up the road right again. Follow the (unofficial) signs in the hedges. Old house, Barns, Views over the…etc.
Thank you! I am looking forward to see where this new connection leads me. I havae begun to paint for the new seaon here in northwest Denmark. If anyone ever comes this way, be sure to let me know and we can paint together - I have lived here for 14 years and there are many intriguing sites. I know it´s a long long way from Ireland ...but, not so far from Germany for example!
Thanks so much! I'm looking forward to the interaction. Just returned from a 4 week painting spree in Ireland. We rented a cottage outside of Bantry and I painted all over West Cork and Kerry. Had a great time but wish I'd known about this site. I didn't see another person painting.
Thank you so much for adding me - I would love to find some painting buddies in West Cork - I will be there the week of August 30 - Sept 5. (My daughter is at Cork University).
I am gearing up for a plein air event here in Colorado called the Douglas Land Conservancy and will be posting paintings as I do them from June 21 - 26. It's a beautiful area just south of Denver. Looking forward to it!
