We have some members who are part of Limerick Art Society and Annemarie Bourke from Limerick joins in paint-outs in the south west. There haven't been many paint-outs promoted on this site in the Limerick area.
I'd recommend you first post a couple of proposals (suggested dates and venues) and then hold a couple of paint-outs. After that, when there is the basis of a small group, then start a formal group on Plein Eire as a shared enterprise.
