Interesting blog. Sorry you are our only Belgium plein air artist. I know there are lots in Holland. Why we can't find many artists in some countries is a conundrum. But we value you all the more for that!. Perhaps you can ask some artist friends if they'd like to join you here.
In Spain, it seems there are many outdoor artists but they often call it Pintar Rapido instead of plein air. If you 'Google' that you will find more links. Good luck with your search and your Spanish. Happy painting.
