    Hi Geraldine,

     Welcome aboard.

You will find a guide to what you can do as a member of Plein Eire here.

You are handily placed between Dublin and the S.East so should have plenty of opportunities to paint out. not to mention the attractions of beautiful Wicklow, of course.

Of course. More the merrier. Look forward to meeting you on Sunday.

Clonegal has one of Ireland's six Michelin star restaurants, but Sunday lunch at Sha-Roe is going to set you back aboutt €35 and in my case, I'd have to sleep it off for the rest of the afternoon. Huntington Castle is not officially open until May - but we have free access to grounds (normally €5) kindly from Moira.
For lunch options that leaves the pub, Johnny Dunne's.
They open 12.30 - 1pm-ish on Sundays, and don't do sandwiches except to special order but will not mind if we bring our own to eat inside with a cup of tea or coffee or a pint purchased at the bar.
Other than that, its a picnic by the river but either way, bring your own grub. There is a garage/supermarket (PJ.Dunne's) which may do take-out coffee and rolls but of that I am not certain.
