why am I the ONLY one with a green spot???
  • Plein Eire Administrator

I guess you must just be lucky.

    ....what green spot, Sally?

I'm glad to report your prognosis is good, Sally. I'd like to spin you a yarn about your being our most environmentally responsible member but the truth is the green dot just indicates you are currently online. Mine is on now, as I type. tbh, it was a new one on me. I hadn't noticed it myself until you mentioned it.

Dear Sally, we are very pleased to meet with you too. We have same nice photographs of you and the other friends. I will upload as soon as I can. I am working on some paintings for the Bath exhibition. You can see the entries at www.thebathprize.co.uk. Hi Sally, Thanks for the kind commenton my paintings , great to meet you and Genia in Wexford. I thought your landscape rendered with a palette knife was excellent. I have tried to paint in plein air with it, as it is such a useful tool for capturing the immediacy of light and colour, but have always failed miserably . Tom

Hi Sally, it was lovely meeting and chatting to you in wexford . I've also been thinking I've met you before hand, perhaps at one of the sketchers meetups - I've a terrible memory for when and where sometimes, but you seemed familiar already. Any ideas?
    Regards,
    James

Was only there for 2 days Sally and didnt go to any of the evening events, spent some time sketching but not around Wexford town. I am trying out plein-air in oils as I mostly just sketch and getting used to painting outdoors is a whole new skill, hope to see you at one of the paint-outs maybe the Dublin group which would be not too far to travel

Hi Sally your slides are very good, fabulous work.. I completed my entry
into the Bath website.. Bath is beautiful place to visit, I hope next year we go altogether there.. I started to sketch in our back garden with pastel for a change and it is very convenient to paint there, before the autumn comes )) how is your painting going?
