I hapen to be off for a long weekend on this date and in need to see somwhere new, I would like to be a temporary member of this group. What is happening in Kinsale before the 17th every hotel seems to be booked up untill this date. I am sorted for a place to stay, and i am acompanyed by my wife, who is not a painter, but is happy for me to go off Painting for the day.

I had a great time at Clonegal yesterday, thanks to everyone for being so friendly, its only the distance that will stop me from joining your group, as its a three and a half hours drive from west cork.  I hope to meet you all again at your August exhibition, regards  Jack.

Hi Anne-Marie, what happens if it's raining on the paintout date?

Hi Annmarie, hope you are keeping well.   Your work is going from strength to strength, congratulations!   I would love to participate in your painting day trips to the South West.   I expect one of the best locations to start would be Kinsale  - the town;  the harbour area or indeed the old head would also be good.  Have you seen Joleen Cronins  photography book on "Coast of Cork"?   It covers the coastline from Youghal to Allihies and would be great to give you location ideas, unless you are contacted by West Cork natives who know better.   Its a bit too heavy to post but if you are down in Cork I will be happy to loan it to you, also you might get it in the Library in Limerick.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Annemarie,

This seems to be a great idea as it helps artist to get together and enjoy a day out as it can be a bit lonely painting on your own, nice to look forward to a day out
