   their artists will be available to  give information on membership

 vistas, the gardens make an ideal  venue for the painter.   There ar
 e even  quiet corners for contemplation and conceptual consideration.
    The greatest philosopher of the 20th Century,  Wittgenstein, was 
 a regular visitor in the 1940s,  and his favourite step that he sat o
 n for his conceptualizations, today,  bears a bronze plaque in his me
