DESCRIPTION:The Oughterard Plein Air Day is on Sunday 14th May wit
 h registration at the Courthouse at 10am. There will be a meet-up for
  lunch at 1pm at either the Shrubbery or the Courthouse, depending o
 n weather, and a final meet-up to view the day’s work between 4pm a
 nd 6pm at the Courthouse.  There will be a chance then to have a cup
  of tea and chat about the day.  This event is open to everyone who w
 ants to take part. People who think they can draw and people who think
  that they cannot. There will be some materials for  drop-in visitors
  but those taking part are expected to bring their own materials and l
