  artists the earliest opportunity of planning their time in Norwich an
 d getting accepted in one or more of the now three competition event s
 treams and five prize award categories. Our hub this year will be Ante
 ros Arts & North Cafe/Bar. Nearly 100 artists have already pre-registe
 red their interest in participating this year.\nPaint Out continues to
  innovate and enhance its offering to artists and this year is partner
 ing with professional framers, and offering an expanded range of art w
 orkshops, seminars and talks, as well as another public 'paint out'.\n
 \"We are also introducing a ‘freestyle‘ untimed event to encourage
  larger work to be made on the streets of the city as well as an expan
 ded Nocturne event to capitalise on the exciting results from last yea
