DESCRIPTION:Following the success of his last workshop, Ned has been a
 sked to give another !\nRecognized as one of the best artists/instruct
 ors in the States, Ned has been working and teaching Art for over 50 y
 ears. His process sets about a clear approach to creating a portrait, 
 and a \"work of Art\". He has an ability to understand the stage each 
 artist is at, and to help bring them forward to the next level. Among 
 his many accomplishments, he has been designated as a “Master Artist
 ” with both the Oil Painters of America and the American Impressioni
 st Society in the USA .Ned often relates Portrait drawing and Painting
  as a skill and practice that will also transfer and benefit your Plei
 n Air work. This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to learn from one
