 anal at Oldridge?   The canal is beautiful this time of year.  We co
 uld meet in the Village Inn in Slane at 11. To get to SLANE from Dubli
 n I recommend you go through Finglas (N2).   At the crossroads in Sla
 ne turn left and its the first pub on the left.  After coffee we can 
 head to Oldbridge. Take the Drogheda Road from Slane (N51) and after a
 bout 5 miles you will see signs for Oldbridge and King Williams Glen. 
 There’s a little car park on the left at the crossroads and we can p
 ark there.  The canal is only a stones throw from the car park. \n\n
