Event Description

We meet in the village at 11 at Goughs Top Garage and Supermarket and Deli for coffee Saturday 15th July.

Garristown is a quaint, quiet village on borders of Co.Meath and Co.Dublin. There are panoramic views of the countryside and interesting village scenes to paint - even a rusty shed on outskirts of village! and of course a churchyard with old Yew trees.

To get there: From Finglas take N2 for Derry. After roundabout at Pilo hotel, Ashbourne, continue on N2. Just after you come to a set of traffic lights turn right onto L5007.

Continue for several miles to Garristown. At village cross the main street and Top Garage is on right.
