Event Description

Currently running at Listoke House, exhibition of life drawings by The Countess Constance Markievicz. There are 27 sketches and drawings from her time as a student at the Slade, London and the Academies Julian, Paris. She attended the Slade in 1892 i.e. Pre 1916 so should be interesting.
Be sure to bring your painting gear as the weather by then MUST surely be conducive to Plein Airing.
We will meet up at 11 in the Tearooms in Listoke Gardens, North of Drogheda.
To get there from M1. - Exit 10 and follow the signs for North Drogheda and Hospital [H].
You will pass through a couple of roundabouts and then turn left towards the Hospital.
Follow the walls of the hospital until you come to a small roundabout.
The first exit [left] takes you on to the Ballymakenny Road,
Continue for about 2kms into the countryside, and you will come across Listoke gates on your Right hand side.
See you there.
