As the sun set behind Rowe Street church I was glad of the excuse to pack up and thaw out after painting this scruffy effort.

This is the good thing about the challenge. It is pushing us.

Beautiful distribution of colour and wonderful impression of the sunset. It may not be very detailed but leaves a lot to guess that adds to the charm. Actually, highlights and shadows on the buildings give quite accurate picture of a town in the distance. Fresh and lovely painting.
