This scene is fresh, lively and breathtaking. Jealous. You have a fabulous command of greens. The light shines from this painting. Love it!

Thank you all for your comments. Kevin, I'm not too good on the cattle breeds either.   But I do know that each beast should have a few legs and that guy in the middle doesn't seem to have enough.

Caathal,that is a magnificent photograph of Ciaran.  Did you do it yourself?  This is the one I have been looking for - not quite as artistic as yours.  It was taken on a paintout here in March 2015.

I agree with Cathal here Sally, its a beautiful rendition of a pastoral scene and that water and cattle in the foreground immediately put me in mind of Constable. another great days painting, I'm mad jealous!!
