Both.  I really prefer painting plein air, but more finished pieces will have to be done in my studio (overcrowded garage).

I've just had an operation on my foot, so I'm not so mobile right now - but I REALLY want to get out!

I love all of these studies.  Are you going to do some paintings on site, or in the studio?  Keep it up!
