From Carna painted it looking towards Island. The only way over to the island is by tractor at low tide. A beautiful place to paint.

I must have misssed this one Caroline - I wouldnt touch it as it has a lovely quiet feel and just the right atmosphere but we allways like to fiddle

Thank you to everyone for their kind comments. I'm thinking of putting white highlights in it now (maybe I will just leave it alone).  When does any artist know when a painting is finished?

Just back from another few days there Caroline. I saluted your retirement home.  The deep, deep blue of the seaweed underwater is so exciting and you saw it too. Lovely

Lovely painting, Caroline.     Captures the essence of Connemara.
