Thank you Laura and Dee.  Isn't that what is so cosy about Dublin  - the way those hills wrap themselves around it.

I noticed those lovely blue hills on the drive through chapellizod - there are lovely painting spots along that stretch of river from Islandbridge walking towards Chapelizod best seen from a canoe I am told but there is a safe walkway too. I dont have one to show Sally - but am itching to get out again before the trees are too heavy with foliage
