Glad to see Al Fresco is getting started with a programme of 2014 Paint-Outs. You and other members may generate further interest in them if you post each one under 'Events', otherwise you are 'preaching to the converted' - those who are already members. You can then copy and paste to the Group page a link to the Event you have created.

Meet at Island Hill car park (off the Newtownards Comber main road) at 10.30 a.m Weather forecast is a bit iffy with rain overnight but it'll be clearing and at least it's not so cold, so fingers crossed!

Comment by Plein Eire Administrator on February 26, 2014 at 10:56: In the meantime, I recommend anyone venturing out to paint on a sunny day simply to post where they're going and what time and to see who else might turn up. A cafe to meet up in is a good start if there's one nearby. No time like the present. - Go for it!
