The SEPA main page shows SEPA's bi-weekly paint out Schedule up until August. It's there to allow people to plan for any paint outs they may be interested in.
The in between weeks are left open for suggested locations by our members, and are generally shorter notice.
Before each paint out, an Event Page is drawn up, (where you can rsvp). An email is then sent to SEPA to let them know that the Event has been posted onto Plein Eire's Events Page.
Last year I sent out invites to everyone on Plein Eire (as everyone is welcome to attend).
However, not everyone is interested in attending, so I thought it best this year to only send emails to members of SEPA. The rest of Plein Eire is still welcome to attend, but won't get the numerous emails we generate.
A few people have had the same difficulty.
- Check that your logged into Plein Eire (some pages are not visible until you Sign in, as they're for member's use only).
- Check if you are a member of SEPA. ( I had a quick look, and don't see you listed) .It's easy to join, just press the "Join SEPA" at the top right of the page.
- Once a member, you'll get an email , at least every two weeks, letting you know about the next paintout.
I hope this helps..let me know how you get on,
Karen
