i think we could organize a museum trip in Berlin 8 th may sunday - after breakfast we go with a bus directly to the airport to store the luggage -- after that we visit a museum or an exibition or event in berlin - then a last round together in a restaurant - then back to tegel -  tears then

Flights booked!

I'll be away for my birthday - 6th May.  Not saying how old I'll be.

I've just booked my flights! Details as follows:-

Sun 1 May Depart Dublin 7-15 am (EI330) / Arrive Berlin (Tegel) 10-20 am.

Sun 8 May Depart Berlin (Tegel) 10-15 pm (EI 339) / Arrive Dublin 11-40 pm.

Be careful when booking. The new Aer Lingus website is very confusing and can easily mislead you (nearly did in my case anyway). Make sure to type in Berlin on the "Anywhere" box on the home page and it will then show you the two return flights on Sunday 8 May. If you just click to the next page, you will see a series of photos and locations, with Berlin near the bottom. If you click on Berlin from here, it will only show you the morning flight (11-00am) - so be careful! I had to get help from the website support call centre and the guy who answered said that he didn't understand why this was happening - looks like there are some teething problems with the new website.

Could I have a single room please?  My snores are not good!  Plus I'm really too old to share with anyone - I like my away time to relax.

Great that you sold a painting there, Marko. And great also to see that "Michael's Rock" is gaining international fame! Masses of German tourists will be heading to Fethard soon!
